Without a vendor agenda or a platform to push, I can start from your context instead of fitting you into a pre-existing solution. Every project begins from scratch: I listen, diagnose, and co-design. I read organisations fast, because I've lived inside them. 15 years of corporate experience means I recognise patterns — what's really blocking progress, what's been tried before and why it didn't stick.

I don't arrive with a method. I arrive with many. I draw from a wide repertoire — facilitation, coaching, learning design, change methodologies — and choose what fits your context and your people.

Support adoption
Change takes time. I stay close through implementation — not to hand-hold, but to observe, adjust and measure. Because a solution that doesn't stick was never really a solution.
