WHAT WE OFFER
Our Services
My services always start from the same point: what is the project objective? What needs to change concretely?
Only after clarifying this, I listen to people, map the context and eliminate what doesn't serve. Then I choose methodologies and tools to achieve the result not to apply the method I know best.
I work across four areas, but always with the same focus: clear objectives, effective practices, measurable results.

Culture & Change
Cultural change isn't announced: it's built through behaviours, conversations and daily choices.
I support culture and change initiatives that move beyond slides and become real practices starting with listening, strengthening ownership through expert facilitation and participatory design, eliminating what doesn't serve the objective.

L&D Strategy, Skills & Experiences
L&D strategy and capability agendas that start with simple questions: what's really needed? Where to invest? How to scale without adding weight?
I define skills frameworks, development pathways and leadership programmes based on practice and coaching not abstract content. When needed, I guide platform and tool selection with one criterion: they must serve people, not complicate their lives.

People Development Practices
Development processes performance, talent, careers, onboarding, recruiting work when they're clear, fair and connected. And when people recognise themselves in them.
I redesign these systems starting from real experience:
where do they break?
What creates frustration?
What's missing?
Then I build lightweight practices, essential governance and technology that serves the process not replaces it.

AI in People Development (Research-led Advisory)
AI in people development is full of promises and risks. Risk of solutions that impress but don't work. Risk of undermining trust instead of building it.
Through my Executive DBA, I research how AI redefines practices like coaching, mentoring and career conversations aiming to identify what actually works.
I support HR/L&D teams with a pragmatic and critical approach: concrete use cases, clear guardrails, measurable pilots that integrate into existing processes. No hype. No unrealistic promises.
