Only after clarifying this, I listen to people, map the context and eliminate what doesn't serve. Then I choose methodologies and tools to achieve the result — not to apply the method I know best.

I'm Elena Scolaro, founder of Elevate Growth.
Elevate Growth was born from 15 years spent designing development systems in multinational companies — and from the awareness that what often hinders growth isn't the lack of tools, but the excess: too many processes, little clarity, technology that complicates instead of enabling.
Today I support organisations and HR/L&D teams with a different approach. Every project has a clear, measurable objective — and is built to achieve it, not to produce deliverables for their own sake. I bring listening to people, essential practices anchored in shared values, and technology chosen to serve — not to impress.
I'm an ICF-accredited coach, assessor and expert group facilitator. I bring expertise in design thinking, learning design and — through my Executive DBA still in development — a critical understanding of how AI can support (or undermine) trust in people development practices.
I work independently and collaborate with an established network of professionals when projects require it — always with the goal of bringing rigour, clarity and measurable impact.
