What I believe
Most L&D fails not because of bad intentions — but because it's designed around deliverables, not around people doing the work.
I've seen it from the inside: too many processes, too little clarity, technology chosen to impress rather than to support.
My work starts differently. Every project begins with one clear question: what needs to change, concretely? From there I listen, cut what doesn't serve, and build practices that fit the context — not the other way around

I'm Elena Scolaro, founder of Elevate Growth
I spent 15 years inside multinational organisations designing development systems, leading cultural transformations, and watching — up close — what makes people and organisations actually grow.
What I learned: it's rarely about the tools. It's about clarity, context, and the courage to cut what doesn't serve.
Elevate Growth was born from wanting to take everything I'd built — the experience, the perspective, the methodology — and apply it with full freedom. No constraints of a single role. No limits of a single industry. Just the work, done well.
Today I work with HR and L&D teams as a strategist, designer, facilitator, and coach. I bring the inside view of someone who has lived these challenges, combined with active research on AI and human development at the doctoral level (Executive DBA, BSL Lausanne).
I'm independent by choice. Curious by nature. And I build from scratch — every time.

AI is reshaping how organisations learn, develop and manage talent. Implementing it well — ethically, sustainably, and effectively for both organisation and people — is a different challenge altogether.
I help HR and L&D teams integrate AI into their people practices in a way that lasts: understanding the human implications, designing for real adoption, ensuring it serves the people it's meant to support.

I listen the way only a coach knows how. Not to confirm what I already think — but to understand what's really there. The people, the dynamics, the unspoken.
I read organisations fast, because I've lived inside them. 15 years of corporate experience means I recognise patterns — what's really blocking progress, what's been tried before and why it didn't stick.
I don't arrive with a method. I arrive with many. I draw from a wide repertoire — facilitation, coaching, learning design, change methodologies — and choose what fits your context and your people.
Change takes time. I stay close through implementation — not to hand-hold, but to observe, adjust and measure. Because a solution that doesn't stick was never really a solution.
